This warranty only applies to BITTO solid surfacing material which is stored, handled, fabricated and installed in the manner recommended in the BITTO solid surfacing material product use, care and warranty guide stated at the BITTO Warranty Registation Form. This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow our recommendation regarding the use and care your BITTO product.

This warranty is not transferable or assignable and applies only to BITTO solid surfacing material installed in China; which has not been moved from its original place of installation.

Victory Industry Co., Ltd can make no implied or express warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and can make no other warranties, express, or implied, other than as set forth herein. Except as provided herein, we shall not be liable in tort, contract, or otherwise, for any loss or direct, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use BITTO solid surfacing material.
